Tyrolean Graukause is a sublime cheese from the Tirol valley in southern Austria. It is an extremely creamy innoculated cheese, perfect for melting. It is fantastic made into a cheese soup or within a local pastry called a Krapfen.

Wensleydale cheese is a lovely hard cheese produced in the Yorkshire Dales. It comes in many different varieties directly from the creamery with various stuffings which make for an unparraleled experience.
You can also visit the creamery directy and have a tour! The cheese is an excellent excuse for such a trek!
